I do.  Look at Robert Pitkrowicz (sp?), also a George Farah client.  Crazy conditioning and abdominal distention gone, just like Kai and many of Farah's clients.  You can eat plenty of carbs and get ripped if your kcals are where they need to be.  Those big pregnant guts disappear because George lowers their hgh which helps a bit in the glucose tolerance department, plus he doesn't use insulin which is the real culprit when it comes to pregnant looking bb'ers.  Look at Palumbo, got rock hard and peeled, but always looked like he swallowed a beach ball.
