which body type are you? or are you a cross between two? I think i am Endo-mesomorph. I build fairly fast but without cardio and a fairly strict Diet i put on a bit of excess Fat.  The Body types are:
 Endomorph: The rounded pear shaped type
 Mesomorph: The naturally muscular athletic type
 Ectomorph :  The thin nevous type.

I believe most of us are a mixture of 2 of these. The type of training you do is important. I therefore use a mixture of High reps and lower reps in my workouts Pyramid style. This with cardio keeps me in shape.

and i'm actually really starting to believe that you really can't "body sculpt" yourself, and that you'll basically end up looking the same way no matter which training style you use
