which body type are you? or are you a cross between two? I think i am Endo-mesomorph. I build fairly fast but without cardio and a fairly strict Diet i put on a bit of excess Fat. The Body types are:
Endomorph: The rounded pear shaped type
Mesomorph: The naturally muscular athletic type
Ectomorph : The thin nevous type.
I believe most of us are a mixture of 2 of these. The type of training you do is important. I therefore use a mixture of High reps and lower reps in my workouts Pyramid style. This with cardio keeps me in shape.
