i saw on tv some documentary,a family with two kids lives in vegas,their father is/was a rich real estate agent and had some homes...he bought a huge mansion there for 1 million$ and now its worth only 100k hahah i couldnt believe it from 1 million to 100k $

no he is not fucked up,i think he bought it to be his home not for an investment...i saw the other thread he is broke-hahaha...he is the richest out there...even in the 2007 dvd "my house" he said that he can retire that he is a millionaire,and in other interviews he said that he sold all his properties before the 2007 crisis i think he sold it in the beggining of 2007!but i dont like that in the USA you can have a house worth for example 1million and you have to pay taxes 20 000 a year...in europe if it was a case noone would have a house and there are many worth that much

Dude, do you have the slightest clue how fast it can go? Russian oligarch Deripaska went from around 18 billion dollars to 1 billion within a few months in the financial crisis.

I don't think Cutler is the type of guy who has all of his money lying around on his savings bank book either.
