I can't see how she won't have brain damage if she was unconscious.

I know this sounds dumb but she went out cold in the first 4 to 5 seconds, her hand could have seized up and since she was not conscious, it may have been locked up.

the only tragedy there is it looks like they tranquilised the bull.  about half of emergency tranquilised animals die.

How does one emergency tranquilise a 1500 pound excited bull? That seems impossible. Other than a bullet of course.

that is the problem.    they have to hit him with something so strong that it will knock him out quick no matter where it hits, even fat deposits.    so if it hits muscle or worse an artery or other bloodline it's pretty much instant OD.

in town here some lady had a 2000+ lb moose in her back yard with her baby.(not sure what young moose are called, lol). they hit it with the tranquilizer and it dropped in a minute.  they literally boarded it up on a skid and they winched it on the back of a forestry truck.   they always say they live happily ever after in the wild , but that's not the case.

  I can't speak on bulls but tranquilizing  a wigged out horse often results in a more agitated animal than what you started with.

He was not shot with anything, I watched the video over 50 time, he was simply exhausted like you said, lost his balanced and flopped over, he was tangled up and was being pulled in 4 different direction while completely out of breath.
