I had a buddy who did this, and got super ripped. Like veins on his traps and abs ripped. It may have been because of having to diet strictly, but he got ripped. He did get dizzy one time and we had to pull over to get him a soda. He said he'd never do it again.

no you will actually start storing a lot of fat within the muscle... kind of dangerous imo.

do not run slin without pharma grade hgh...
