I needed hugs growing up, which I never got. I didn't get a tattoo to compensate for this. I guess we all "deal" in our own way.
Not that it would make any difference to my wife, children, grandchildern, friends and dogs if I had tattoos or not, but I do get a lot of hugs from everyone these days. -And yes, my Lab - Irish Wolfhound mix does give hugs.

A lot of guys who get tattoos are frightened little boys who wear them like armour or a musclesuit.
They might as well say "please be frightened of my inkwork so you dont pick on me and that way I won't get my ass beaten". This is why a lot of prison inmates get them. They think it will prevent them getting a visit from the uphill gardners in the shower.
The amount of complete fannies you see in the gym with neck and face tattoos these days is a joke. Silly little kints. I always go out of my way to intimidate the tattood kids because I know they are shitters.

Any update on Derek Anthony? Hope he's out of the hospital and doing good in recovery. Some people bodies weren't meant for the rough life. He's probably one of them.
I did enjoy his radio show when I had the chance to listen to it. He actually got better and more professional as time went on. Congrats to him on that.
