Same as Keith/Onlyme....I don't wish death upon anyone regardless as to how big of an asshole they were. But I've personally been warning him for years...even on Off Topic Radio to stop abusing synthol and drugs and he just would not listen. He thought that he was invincible and could not die.
Even when he went on dialysis, I found out that he was still using synthol to keep his appearance of size and this is what I got:

All I can say that despite the shit he's done to me, I at least tried my best to save his life....a lot of people did....but Derek was so obsessed with his looks that he failed to care what was happening inside his body....and now he's likely going to die very soon.
I only hope that this serves as an unfortunate lesson to everyone.....you're not invincible...you're only flesh and bone.

Yes I did threaten to call the hospital because he was still abusing drugs...they had a right to know....however they would not have taken him off dialysis.....just would have confiscated his shit..... Honestly I should have done it because its possible that it was what stopped his heart. |

Yes years ago dereh proved vince was a member of his pay website and also did live webcam shows for him. despite what vince says I tend to believe derek on this one plus vince did not deny it at the time back in 06.Derek did have proof. |

a lot of guys in the 70s, 80s and 90s used steroids and are fine today.
a lot of people used drugs for years and are fine today.
I think the oil, as a few people mentioned, is the problem. You'd never inject cooking oil or motor oil into your body - but SEO injection oil for big arms, so many people are quick to do it. unreal.

In a NPC show -No. I don't think he has ever competed honestly! I thin he planned on competing back in 06-07 but never did. If he did compete it was at a state show level no jr.nationals or any big shows. maybe something like a vince goodrum conpetition. |
