so where i run there is water too.. a river and the weird Dragon flys(things Grin) that are flying around are weird. some are like mutants... OK for an Aussie Girl maybe nothing but for a wee Scotsman like me weird. Lots of blood sucking flys....very aggressive at the Moment....because i have a shaved head they just go for it and because i am sweating...
I don't like being bitten either.  I have to be careful when I do my cardio outdoors because around sunset the mozzies and sandflies come out fierce and eat my back and thighs to bits.  For some reason they like my back and legs.  When I get bitten I scratch alot and it keeps me awake at nights.  So I walk earlier now and avoid this issue.

hope everyone had a pleasant weekend........working arms this eve..........kneeling cable extensions  4 sets.......dips  4 sets........lying db extensions 3 sets......standing ez bar curls  4 sets.......concentration curls  4 sets........precor machine curls  3 sets.

Sorry to hear, sometimes I get a insight into peoples feelings I guess through meditation I do. So some of the friends I have here I can feel there pain had guy I train sometimes called me yesterday his knee hurting told him do slow light squats he called back today said it was much better. Try hanging from a chin bar a few time a day may help with back pain.

Not sure I just feel other peoples pain sometimes not physical pain but grief and mental pain. It rained really bad here today I assume you are going through the rainy season there now makes thing a bit more depressing.

Emotionally I am very very down and just stressing over the smallest things. I don't feel confidant or self assured. So yes you have tapped into my mental pain. Definitely hormonal as this is not me. And it just feels like it is dragging on. I want my flow ASAP so that I can return to my normal self. I am not happy like this.   Weather wise it's hot and yet it's half way through winter. Very humid and I hate it. I want the winter we should be having.

Global warming is really screwing up the seasons.  They are all over the place.  I worry about what kind of summer we will get if it's hot in winter.   Huh  I had a bath the other night but I didn't feel any better for it.  I even took a glass of wine with me but all it did was send my pulse racing.  I can feel the blood pulsing through my body.  It's like my cortisol levels are up and I am stressed.  I slept all weekend.  Went to bed both nights at 10pm which is not like me. 
Sorry to hear you got a bad virus.  But glad you have fully recovered now.  One thing I have noticed is that there are nastier virus's around compared to years ago.

Parallel bar Dips 4xmax
Flat DB flys 4x12
Incline Barbell press 4x8-10
incline flys 4x12

incline sit ups 3x20 and hanging knee raises 3x20

One thing I have noticed is that there are nastier virus's around compared to years ago. 

I have a theory about the nasty virus's. A lot of folks don't fully knock out a virus when they get one, either by not doing everything they can to get well, or if it is a bacterial infection, like I had, they don't finish the full course of their antibiotic. What this does is kill all the weakest germs and leave the strong ones to survive.

Another piece of this is similar to what happens when people have untreated allergies. If you suffer ongoing allergies, it runs you down and you become more susceptible to getting sick. Many of us lead ridiculously hectic lives. We don't get enough rest. We worry a lot. These things not only deplete you mentally, but physically and like with an allergy, you end up being more likely to get sick.

All this constant hand washing and doing everything to avoid germs may in fact be counter affective. We need some germs, it is how we build immunity to others. If our environment it too sterile, we never build that immunity.

Itīs got hot again here....i am like a Lizard and am hiding indoors....

Although I am currently naked because I haven't gotten dressed yet, it has been cool and cloudy in the mornings here. It is 9:25 a.m. and temperature out is 60 degrees. It is 68 degrees in the house with some windows open. Usually by noon, the cloud cover clears and it immediately warms up to the mid to high 80's. It's kind of weird weather, but I will take it over hot all day or raining.

I am going to try going to the gym this morning rather than wait until later today (of course I will have to get dressed first, LOL). I have a meeting early this evening so it makes sense to get out of the gym early. I did not work out yesterday or Saturday as planned. It is hard since I think I should be doing something, but the break seems to fire me up to get back to the gym and really hit it hard. My abs are looking flatter and I am starting to see a my ribs a little on my sides. Now if I could get rid of the lower back fat, things will be looking up. I am going to work delts and abs today.

I go to the gym during the hottest part of the day. The gym is air-conditioned. When I walk in, it is like a breath of fresh cool air. This is very inspiring.
