My surgeon called me this morning to see how my knee was doing. I told him that I had no pain and the knee felt great. I also mentioned how difficult it is to remember to not bear any weight on that leg. He said that as long as I was on level ground (like around the inside of the house) I could bear weight on it.

Apparently, the delaminated cartilage was smaller then a dime in size and it was located deep in the horn. The area sure looked bigger in the video. Anyway, this is not an area affected much by normal walking. I am still using the crutches though and sitting around with my leg elevated as much as possible. I might as well take advantage of my daughter being here to help us. I don't want her to feel like she wasted a trip home.

I am wondering if TRT affects healing in a positive way. Testosterone is responsible for improved bone strength. Maybe it also helps new tissue grow, like what is supposed to be happening deep inside my knee.

Typical of me, I've lost weight. I was 197 lbs. this morning. I don't get hungry when I don't exert myself. If this keeps up for a month, I'll look like Galeinko with 0% body fat.

calves standing calf raise x5

forearms weight rope rollups x3
reverse curls  x3

got fancy shot it in my basement under fluorescent lights lol,,,light washes out color.does make even whiter looking just like way definition came out,vanity...

i'm spot on with that same workout  :Ddamn ken...anyway try front raise bar with premade curl bar but do underhanded grip and do the front raise ..

Haven't tried that...thanks I will.

ez bar curls 5x8-10(superset with )

No worries, I am pretty white these days myself. Haven't had the inclination to lay out in the sun and today it is cloudy and cool anyway.

was out running in the Woods today where i always run.. Itīs not an area designated for Hunting wild game because itīs near a built up area and used by a lot of People Walking,running,taking their Dogs out. i was running and heard shots and thought WTF... then i ran down a track where i run and saw about 15 People running around with guns Huh I mean These Woods are full of People Walking on a Sunday and i have never in all the years i run there seen this. Accident waiting to go off... over here they look like this .....  Roll Eyes

We've had houseguests from out of town for the past couple of days. The visit has been really enjoyable for us all. The leave tomorrow morning for Santa Clara, CA. The bad news is that I have not been pampering my knee as I should have been. I've barely used the crutches for a couple of days and only now at 10:00 p.m. have I managed to apply an ice pack and elevate my leg. I hope to get back on track with my recovery regime tomorrow after our guests head out.

My leg feels tired, but still no specific knee pain....so I hope this is good sign.

remember in 1999 after my knee op i did leg lifts and adduction /abduction with iron boots on my feet.. still got them in my basement Grin donīt laugh it worked.
