Itīs not an area designated for Hunting wild game because itīs near a built up area and used by a lot of People Walking, running, taking their Dogs out. i was running and heard shots and thought WTF... then i ran down a track where i run and saw about 15 People running around with guns Huh I mean These Woods are full of People Walking on a Sunday and i have never in all the years i run there seen this. Accident waiting to go off... over here they look like this .....  Roll Eyes

We've had houseguests from out of town for the past couple of days. The visit has been really enjoyable for us all. The leave tomorrow morning for Santa Clara, CA. The bad news is that I have not been pampering my knee as I should have been. I've barely used the crutches for a couple of days and only now at 10:00 p.m. have I managed to apply an ice pack and elevate my leg. I hope to get back on track with my recovery regime tomorrow after our guests head out.

My leg feels tired, but still no specific knee pain....so I hope this is good sign.

-Stitches out today. Doc says I am doing good. Started stretching out the ligaments in the back of my leg using gravity by bridging my leg from the chair to the coffee table. This is pretty uncomfortable but I need to work on being able to fully straighten my leg out if I don't want to walk with a limp for the rest of my life.

Mostly arms......I like to do ss for calves though. The only time I use them for same bodypart is pre-exhaust. I have been doing a lot of drop sets and pause sets. Like for calves I will do 15 reps standing calf raise then hold at the top for 10 seconds then 10 more reps then hold again then 10 more reps then hobble off. Grin

Yea I agree...I could never feel regular bench in the chest unless I went real wide and that hurts now. Incline DBs/Decline cable flys/Dips when I can.

Decline press is in my opinion superior to flat or incline press and you can normaly do it with shoulder issues. your Training Posts are spot on .
