tell you what guys i don not feel too good at the mom. was really light headed and weird. Had a bit of chest pain too. i am not paranoid but my father had Heart attacks at my Age. maybe i better get a check up. Iīm never at the Doc but i felt really bad. Never felt like that before. Hope itīs not my time... Sad My Father had to take a lot of pills ... never mind if it happens i hope itīs quick

I avoid the doctor like the plague most of the time. Maybe this is because I spend so much time with my wife at her various doctor visits or it is a carryover from when I was a kid and my parents only took me to the doctor when I was near death (joke)! This being said, stress is a killer Donny. A little while before the post were you weren't feeling right, you were upset about work. This might have something to do with you feeling off. With a history of heart disease in your family and concerns over it, you best let a doctor check you out. Chances are, you're fine. Confirming that you are, with an expert opinion will help relieve any stress you feel because of the uncertainty. Go to the doctor!

well i went to work and took it easy. Maybe just tired. thought i was going to keel over... Huh never mind a good nights sleep and i am good. Have to get a check up just to be safe. still here  Grin

Speaking of doctors, called my wife's doctor because she isn't doing well at all. In a few minutes, I am taking her up to the ER at the hospital. Her blood gasses are so low, they aren't registering at all. I know the machine isn't broken, cause mine read/displayed right away.

I do one full rep,followed by one half rep from the top,this constitutes one rep.....very humbling,very painful.

hammer pulldowns uses side handle instead under hand grip..plate and 25/2 plates per/2plates and 10/2plates and 2tens' 12/10/8/8
tbar front loaded wide grip..2.5 plates/3 plates/3.5 plates 12/10/10
low cable pully rows 180/195/210 12/10/10
chest to pad tbar standing version inner grip 2 plates,/2.5/2.5  10/10/10
standing pulldowns bar pulled to waist x3 stretch and squeeze

weighte dhypers x3

biceps
curls with straight 45 lb bar ...85 x10.95x10,105 x10/105x10 after 8 on some sets threw in some half reps bottom to middle portion
db curls x3 35/40/45 standing mixed reps single and then both together than back to single gives good pump going backand forth
rope curls x2
finished seated curl machine x2

abs

so was at the Doc this morning and it was OK. EKG and Blood good. Blood Pressure 120/70... Grin I will celebrate with this Little Reg Park number....

Cybex Seated Press Machine:
3 plates-20
5 plates-15

Did these"I go,you go" style with my training partner......very short rest periods!

Lateral Raises:
4 X 20 with the 15 pounders
Again,"I go,you go" style which created a helluva` burn even with these light bells.

Face-Pulls:
4 X 20 with 4 plates

Calves:
Cybex Seated Leg Press Calf Raise:
6 X failure

Abs:
Crunches:
4 X failure

I don`t think I`ve ever been this sore in a loooong time,my entire body is wrecked!!

Fucking layoffs are good occasionally,but the pain of starting over is a bitch.

2 + 1/2 weeks was too damn long....OUCH!!
