My nose is suffering tonight.  I have alot of mucus where I am constantly blowing my nose and it's so swollen and tender on the knob.  I think that's what you call the end of the nose...the button bit?  Anyway I am seeing a surgeon tomorrow and he will check that I am healing properly.  Apparently he's going to have a good look in my nose.

Shoulders are a Triset:

Clean and press 4x10
sde laterals       4x12
bent over laterals 4x12

Incline DB curls  3x8-10
Barbell reverse curls 3x 10+
Dumbbell wrist curls 3x10+

pull over and press 3x10
lying extensions Hammer grip Dumbbells 3x10

only two exercises for Triceps due to shoulder press.

Well they put this camera up there and it goes all the way up.  It's a bit of a weird feeling to have something that far up inside your nose.
Good programme Donny.  I haven't done incline db curls in forever so I will be adding them into my programme next time I train arms.

Clean and press worked well today in my shoulder tri set ..really felt it burn and I think doing inline dumbbell curl worked well because with barbell curls it would have been hard..because the front delts do come into play with bb curls. Good stretch and better isolation with incline db curls

Anyway lets get back on topic.. Today i will do a bit of rope jumping and some Abs.  Maybe i will throw in some burpees in there and star jumps to get me really working. Itīs raining hard again so i think a bike ride is out and running/walking.

Have no idea Donny but one thing is for sure..he is not a mature man.  I would guess his age to be around 18 years of age.  Maybe 21 at best.

not really because she spoke about the injury and how it effected her training and motivation. Not the same as coming on here and writing stupid jokes. Itīs a fact of life that injuries can happen and effect training. I think itīs good to learn and find out how others deal with it.

survived holidays,,,if u saw what i ate few meals u be like 'steve'my real name i can't believe ur eating cookies,lot of pasta due to family'italian'but for most part kept same training days,workouts,calories/meals lol,,i'm boring,,,'donny/booty'what would u guestimate my bf pct by eye ,,,8~10 zone..
