It's just accepted here.  You get used to living amongst some of the most dangerous creatures in the world.  It becomes the norm and you don't know anything else.
well you know in Scotland we have a very dangerous creature called the "Haggis".. very nasty... Cheesy

I wouldn't eat it for all the tea in china.  I don't eat any red meats and things like that make me feel sick in my stomach just thinking about it.

i like meat but i think i could do without it. my father was a Butcher and as a kid i went Saturday mornings with him and helped clean up. I could not slaughter animals and from what my father told me in the old days it was brutal. maybe this is why i like animals today.

I have always thought to myself that I would never have a relationship with a butcher.  I just find it cruel and barbaric to slaughter animals and the smell of the blood on a persons hands would turn me off.  It turns me off even thinking about it.
My father used to hunt deer when I was little and I think this is what turned me off eating red meat.  I would see him bring home the dead deer and just all the cleaning up of the dead animal etc..blood.  I went pure vegetarian when I was a child, even refused to eat chicken.  The only thing I would eat was fish/oysters/scallops etc.  I started eating chicken when I was older but to be honest I could give it up no worries.

If I had to kill what I ate, I would starve. I lived on a farm when I was a kid. My cousin butchered a young steer. I ate the meat, but I hadn't watch him butcher it. When I was older, my parents had a small "gentlemen's farm" where they raised two pigs among other animals. The neighbors complained about the pigs because they were loud and, well, because they were pigs. Anyway, they had them butchered. I actually help the fellow butchering them. What I remember most was that they "jumped" out of the wheelbarrow after they'd be shot and were supposedly dead. They were dead, it was just their muscles twitching. I don't remember eating the meat. I probably blocked it out. I eat meat today. I just don't think about where it came from.

What's a double crunch Donny?  Maybe we call it something different here.

There's that flu going around.  I hope you feel better soon, so maybe take a couple of days to rest up.

Well I think I already got it last time it was here because I hardly ever get sick and I remember getting this flu that I couldn't shake.  And I had a lot of mucus in my nose and it was going down the back of my throat and I lost my voice completely for two weeks.  Anyway after being sick for a month and having no voice for two weeks i went to the doctor and he said lets get you sorted.  And I went on course after course of antibiotic and that was for sinus infections which I just couldn't get rid of.  So I believe that it was that flu which got me into the situation with the nose/sinus blockage.  Because I have always had this nose and never had any issue with sinus etc until I got that flu.  I would already have immunity to it since I got it last time and I clean my nose out daily with the air flow bottle so I would never get a build up ever again.  I am not worried Donny.

so time to have fun itīs Arm Day.
Jumping rope as always to warm up and i will do Abs:

Bend to opposite foot Dbsī2x20( warms my lower back up for sit ups)
lying leg pull-ins (knee ins ) 3x30+
Incline bench sit ups 3x20+  I will SUPERSET them both after the knee ins my Abs really work harder on the Incline bench sit ups and i use a small motion just going back far enough to keep tension on the Abs.
Note: i almost never use weight on Abs.

SUPERSETS:
Barbell close grip bench press 2x6-8  with
Barbell curls   2x6-8

seated Db curls 2x6-8   with
incline french press(ez bar) 2x8-10

Barbell concentration curls 2x10-12 (not an ex for heavy weight)
lying 4x4x4 DB curls 2x12 (also an ex where i have to concentrate and correct form is important)

forearms:
preacher reverse curls ez bar 2x15 SUPERSET
barbell wrist curls forearms on knees  2x15 ( OPENING THE FINGERS Wink)
I will finish off with pinch grips with a smooth plate.
