And it shows!  Really good legs there njflex.  Your quads, hams and calves are all in proportion and you have some good thickness to them. 
i agree he has a really  dense physique.. quality muscle and no blubber.

you look strong flex. I had the mrs take some pics of me today and I look like shit, working on it. Ran 2 miles as fast as I could this AM then lift - bench 3x10 light sets, 3x5 heavy, bb rows 3x8, clean and press 3x7, ez curl 3x10, hammer curl 3x10, then did 30 minutes on the heavy bag waited 3 hours and another 20 minutes on the heavy bag. This was the first day this week I didn`t feel like crap and wanted to get a good workout or two in before work cranks back up tomorrow.
stick with it..i went through a bad illness too in my life and you will make it. great support here. Today is chest day.

Thanks man... Grin  yes there are some great people on here and i like my daily dose of getbig. Wife has my car so i have to go now on my moutain bike and itīs snowed fairly deep again...oh well suppose iīll get a good workout. so i did chest today::

Flat Barbell press 4x8
Flat flyes 3x12
Incline Dumbbell press 4x10
Incline flyes 3x12
Max push ups 2x sets to failure

Abs: hanging knee raise 3x 25
       Incline sit ups 3x 20 (small movement to hit the sweet spot)

I really enjoy this thread too and I always check it every single day.  It's my fav thread on getbig because here we can all chill, discuss our training and sometimes follow with some banter.  We are all here to motivate each other and help one another.  It's a tight good little group.  Sending love to you guys from the ocean.   Grin  Thank you for making it a great thread.

smith inc x3 and last set drop with slow down full squeeze to top.
hammer low mid press 2 sets 2 plates and 25 x10,3rd set same weight drop to 2 plates and go single arm 6 reps per arm..
cable crossovers
dips x2

tris
pushdowns 15,12,10,10
rope overhead extensions x3
reverse grip pusdown x3
dip machine 2 x12...

I've got to train bis and tris today and I am bored thinking about it.  I need to mix it up as it feels as though I do the same thing all the time when it comes to arms.  I will go to gym soon and then post up.

On one hand, it is a bummer only having one car, but on the other hand, you had to pedal you mountain bike through the snow. How does that work anyway?

Here it is Monday, the first workout day of the week and I had to attend a board meeting (I'm the chair, so I can hardly get out of it). Anyway the meeting lasted longer than usual. By the time I got back to West Linn, it was nearly dinner time. Once I have dinner, I'm done. My best time to work out is around 2:00 p.m. I am not a morning person at all, so mornings are out. When I worked, my shift ended at 2:30 p.m. I could be at the gym before 3:00 p.m. and home before 5:00 p.m. I need to work this system into my current schedule.

My wife fixed deep fried chicken with tater tots and peas for dinner. I know fried food isn't on most fitness buff's diets, but she got the fat hot enough that nothing was the least bit oily. Anyway, being fit is my thing and not so much hers.

I wish I had seen this before I went to gym Alex.  Anyway good advice, I will use it next time.  So I didn't do much volumn today as it felt as though I was going through the motions...wasn't really into it.  I tried to do a standing over head tricep extension but it hurt my elbows and they started clicking so I stopped it after 8 reps.

db standing over head tricep extensions x 1 set
rope pressdowns x 3 sets
Ezy bar curls x 3 sets
straight bar curls x 3 sets

well the Germans being efficient people have great cycle paths and clear them fast. The snow was deep but not so deep you could not cycle but it was much harder. I just had to watch the down hill cycling as it was a bit tricky. Prime you sound like you have a great wife who looks after you.. Wink

The paths and roads are perfectly clean.  I always love seeing these pics Donny.  I dream about being in the snow.   Grin
x 2 in regards to Primes wife taking good care of him, although he still needs to step into the gym as he has been planning to do.
