I AGREE,,,good points Donny.yeah I don't think I ever have a bad workout ,my strength never goes down even with supersetting push close to same weights.
my weight Drops with supersets...however the stimulus is there. i am enjoying just doing Basic lifts at the Moment. i like supersets too as you know. I have always tried to stay in condition and big muscles were never important, Speed,stamina, skils. School just opened here in Wing chun so i am going to go and see how it is. Driving to Hannover is time consuming and a good friend knows the Trainer there.

Where are you in relation to Hannover? Are you north, south, east of west of Hannover. How far are you from Hannover? If I make the trip this summer to may granddaughter's wedding. I will be about 3.5 hours driving time south of Hannover.

I believe that I am more focused than I was when l was younger. Aside from a few recent distractions and health issues, I am able to devote more time and energy to my workouts.

legs in a.m. sunday killer,stayed on supeset for 1st sets its brutal


hack squat 2/3/4/5 plates superset with lying leg sled 160/180/200/220
walking lunges 80 lbs x3
extensions 210/225/240 sets 12

hams
sldl dbells 60/75/85
lying leg curls 140/150/155 done 6 full reps then top to middle portion then few reps from bottom to midpoint,like 21's for bi's only with legs.killer

calves
seated raise drops sets 30 reps plate off,plate off did 2plates and 2 25's  ,one off each set painful...

Sorry I have been MIA but just buried both in-laws......at 57 my workouts have never been better. I am able to focus more and don't worry about ego like when I was in My 20s and 30s. I don't worry about weight anymore just the pump and slow steady reps with a squeeze.

fdb press 60/70/80/85/85-60 drop

flye/press combo this pumps ,,incline dbell press then right to flye as many as u could do ,8x8/7x7/7x7 of each 45/50 lbser's

seated lower hammer press 2 /2.5/3/ plates 12/10/10

cablecrossovers superset with decline pushups 12x12 x3..

tris 'trisets 3 exercises non stop i go and partner right behind me

4x's around dip machine ,tricep extension,rope pulldowns 30 repset ,120 reps less than 5 minutes..

abs

nice...i like it Steve. Can still get a great workout at home. We got a couple of new machines today in the Gym so i pumped chest and Back with ...The dipping Bars in the Gym are wider than mine at home really hit my pecs..

Dips 4xmax
Push ups 4xmax
Butterfly machine 3x10-15
Chins 4xmax
seated Cable rows 4x8
Rear delt machine ( same machine as Butterfly just Position at top changes and Body facing other way) it is for rear delts but it really hits upper back great too) 3x8

no cardio today. I tell you i had a probo Training with 3 Russians which was my last customers.. fuck me  Roll Eyes 2 guys and a woman. One was a Young guy of 20, a woman of 35 and a guy of 38. i had to take the 38 year old aside and tell him i was the Trainer and not him. He kept butting in and just fucking around. i nearly threw him out and then he was quite. They will not be signing a contract, shame because the Young guy was ok.

Only you could Train legs like this Steve... Stair lunges with Leg extensions... Shocked simple but Brutal. who says you Need fancy new machines..  Grin
