Yes they do. There are several, the one receiving the greatest attention being follistatin (F344). This is administered IM. Vector of delivery is an adenovirus. What is known is this:
1-  The exact dosage is variable-- titrate up to 300 ugms. @ each muscle site-- same site in analagous muscle groups qd times 5 d, break for 3 d, then another 5 days same analagous muscle sites, etc.
2-  The half life is unknown, and although locally injected the stuff is around for several weeks at least-/ probably much longer. It becomes systemic.
3-  Its use with another 2 agents is incredible-/ guarantees easy top 5 wins.
4-  Control 1-- came in 2 at USA 2012- promoted by me// without it he did not place in subsequent shows.

Using the shit with other agents for ALS Rx. It works-- if you know what you are doing.
