I was just curious as to how much height you can aceive by using HGH and If I at 19 would still be able to benifit from it or any other suppliment that may help push me anywhere past 5"8... If anyone has some info i could use some help... thanks -late

i dont think it will u do u anygood to use it to increase height, i know u can still grow but i dont think it would work just put  a damper in ur bank account.

GH will not help you grow taller, if you use it at your current age you may stunt your potential growth.

Do not use GH.

Yeah, it's a little too late for the GH as far as adding height. Now if you were to utilize it right before puberty, you could have made it to 5' 10"- 5'11".... I write this "tongue in cheek", but it is pretty much true. If you were to use it now, your bones would fuse much quicker than what is allready predestined. Welcome to the 5'8" and under club!!! We have fun here... we still get pussy, but not that premium pussy, we look better as bodybuilders than taller guys, and we usually live longer....

While some males do grow during their late teens (18-19) and even early 20s, this is not the majority.  At 19 you're probably done, unless an xray shows open growth plates or a growth chart plots continued progression of growth with no plateau.

wonder how one would go about trying to increase height in a person?  My guess is the best age for this would be too young to even know if it would be necessary or not.

By the time you knew the kid was gonna be a shorty pants, it would be too late....the growth plates would be closed.  from what I understand estrogen signals the growth plates to close, most likely from natural test production and the resulting aromatase.  Human body is pretty amazing and complex, feels kind of funny to try and manipulate it so much  :-\

A guy at age 18 might still have growth plates not fused.  Some height might happen.  The gh will only produce height if the growth plates are not completly fused.

A female at the same age has greater chance of the plates being fused.  A "Femmy" guy also has less chance because a "femmy" guy carries more estrogen which is the hormone that will close the plates at younger age..
