Barter or swap, Johnny.  I'd like to see them levy a tax on an exchange of 60 chickens for a 1984 Honda Accord.

considering the amount of people selling there car for around 1500 dollars on every corner, its the same people that voted obumma in

i wonder what was the title exchange tax/fee in the bush days? i dont recall it being this high

sorry i left out because the car was given to somebody thats probably why it so high ,i dont know if that large fee applies on eerything

i know they have the same stipulation and fee if it were in texas

It might be to try to get people who would otherwise avoid the tax through a low (or free) purchase price.
