Also infrequent doses of microstructural damage are beneficial to almost every tissue in the body (e.g. muscles, bones, cartilage), learn yourselves some Wolf's / Davis' Laws.

TRY THIS

GET THOSE FLAVORED OATMEAL PACKS

COOK RICE FIRST THEN ADD THE OATMEAL THEN ADD IN HALF N HALF OR WHOLE MILK THEN SYRUP FOR A MORNING CARB BREAKFAST

THIS WILL BE LOTS OF HEALTHY GOOD TASTING CARBS rice is excellent for liver

i got tired of rice by itself but i love it with oatmeal as long as ther is enough sweetner then ill have about 3 or 4 sodas during the day and some peanuts. soda is good for quick energy when i dont have time to relax at work

I DONT WORRY ABOUT SUGAR ONE BIT

EVEN MY OWN FATHER CANT BELEIVE HOW MUCH SUGAR I CAN CONSUME BUT HE DOES KNOW I SOMEHOW ATTAIN ENERGY TO WORK ON FEET EVERYDAY

SUGAR GOES INTO THE BODY JUST LIKE POMEGRANTE JUICE OR BREAD . EXCEPT WHEN ITS SUGAR WITH RICE AND OATMEAL YOUR GETTING TONS OF NATURAL VITAMINS

SO IN ESSENCE THAT SUGAR IS CARRYING LOTS OF VITAMINS AND AMINO ACIDS WITH IT

RICE= ALOT OF AMINO ACIDS

OATMEAL= ALOT OF AMINO ACIDS

LMFAO HAHAH

YEAH YOULL BE FUCKED UP IF YOU ONLY JUST EAT BEANS AND THINK YOUR GONNA WIN THAT WAY

NOPE YOULL HAVE TRAPPED GASS AND WONT BE ABLE TO SLEEP FROM BEAN RAGE

THE BREAD AND SWEETS CALM YOU DOWN

THE BEANS MAKE YOU RAGE WITH ENERGY

ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER WONT WORK

STARCHES AND SUGARS ONLY= YOULL HAVE ENERGY BUT YOULL BE ALOT MORE TIRED AND NEED MORE SLEEP

BEANS ONLY= YOULL HAVE ENERGY BUT YOULL GET TRAPPED GAS IN YOUR ABDOMEN AND WONT BE ABLE TO SLEEP AT ALL

COMBINE BOTH FOR THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS

i notice that some posters, when they are found in false judgement or simply wrong, choose not to concede and post and aknowledge a new understandment, they run away and hide and start another thread

simply the case dj, its clear i am trying to help you,

youve made your beleif clear

now why exactly does air give you more energy to "train hard" than food

dj you have set up boundaries like other posters eventually , how long or short of time it takes you to dissolve the barriers
