weak as shit and cant do anything about it.I've pulled my right hamstring twice and now my left.

...I try like hell to increase the weights when doing hammys but it just doesn't happen.

Perhaps the wrong approach?  Wink  Ever think of that? 

RDLs?

Romanian Dead Lifts ?  Good for the buttocks as well.

Yes.  Many people do these incorrectly, rounding the back and doing an stiff legged DL.  You have to stick the ass out and keep the back arched, then "air fuck" the weight up with the hips.   Grin

Probably looks weird, but they're very effective.
