anyone on here whos actually taken GH, like 4+ IUs a day for a significant time....what hair growth (body, hair on head, etc) have you experienced? was it significant? please only responses from people who've done it, i dont really need armchair hypotheses, i can guess just as well. id rather take gh and get the benefits of it than take finasteride or dustasteride which gives you gyno, headaches, decreased libido, and can actually make your hair fall out faster. F that.

BG funny that you should say that . . . really kind of true. A few freinds and family members, would ask why *risk* complications??
My response - IS that DO you know that it is working . . . **it IS real I went up to 6 ius - definately N O T good in this respect.

The tingle is temporary, it's nothing to worry about... I wouldn't really consider it a complication if that makes you feel any better...

Actually an old wrist injury (in my case) really complicates an otherwise simple situation. Making matter untenable. 3 to 4 ius IS a great target range for me - NO point in pushing further. I am almost peaked - in terms of net (BF reduction) improvement - NO point in increasing dose any further for me . . . admittedly Insulin IS tempting me though. Another story completely . . . I don't want to be much above 200lbs. And most of my hair has already fallen out F!ck IT who cares anyway . . . its only hair.

I would like to see some real concrete information showing how injecting insulin works better than your body producing it...

^Concur. All I've seen is people who use it explaining thier opinions as to why it works well for them, but no studies as of yet. I won't touch insulin. Even after studies, I probably wouldn't. Too much risk for complications, IMO. DIV
