Does your Gym use this? If so have you had results? She swings a bit fast with her legs(in my opinion). I have only ever done these over a high bench slowly and unweighted.

looks like if ur ego took over and overweighted the lift u could get hurt easily either hams or lower back,,i use the regular version legs tucked upper body bends foward and down ,,i do them weighted 45 plate and 12/15 reps every back workout....
