getting by on less sleep eating more carbs and training more.

carbs are funny i can feel sleepy as fuck and just say fuck it im going to bed....but as soon as i slam some sweet bread or biscuits im up again and sometimes want to do pushups 5 minites after i was ready to go to bed this makes me LOL

but i know that if i become really powerful that the stress of taking on more in life and getting stronger means even greater demand to provide and show others how to live there life if they want to be as happy and feeling of achievements such as i have attained

theres more to come on this thought i just hope i dont get distracted

drugs give people energy by using up the bodies dense ingredients

so does food give energy by not using up the bodies dense ingredients but by building upon those ingredients
