looking happy!  hate to be one to hurt your feelings - but you look live youve got more like 60-70lbs to lose before you "shredded" Maybe? I can't even get a real estimate until I lose a good 20-25 first. Bottom line is, I need to lose plenty of lbs at this point. If I did the masters nationals on July 20, 2013, I would drop under 200 and be a Lt Hvy. That would be a good 50 at least. Might be what it takes? |
