it would be interesting if bombz went into it like onetime has stated but its like dangling a carrot he nibbles and leaves these threads to grow without an end result,,maybe he's happy as is and like's tweaking the get big crowd..

I did your extremely, slow, controlled, reps while putting extreme concentration on muscular contraction for three weeks.  I started Max OT again tonight and I swear you've helped me push through this gay plateau I was stuck on.

Glad you posted about that on the training board.
