Alright real simple, I've learned after some intensive research that Bay doesn't live just outside of hollywood, and eureka isn't the heart of no cal.  So can someone give me a breakdown of so cal geography.

Where does arnold live.

Where is gold's gym.

Is venice beach nexts to long beach,

So do all the nerds live in Socal.

Where does the coach live.

Gold's Gym is All over... But if you mean Gold's Gym Venice.... It's about 3 blocks off the ocean.

Venice and Long Beach are an hour apart.

Nerds are NorCal... Bay Area. (Google and what not)

Where is gold's gym.    -  Venice beach Gym is still on the boardwalk the ORIGINAL golds is closed down, the new golds gym is a couple blocks north of the old location

Is venice beach nexts to long beach,  - No , its further south about 2hours in traffic

So do all the nerds live in Socal.  - they all gather in San Diego once a year for Comic Con

Silicon Valley is the Bay area...

They live in normal areas... compton... Inglewood... Eeveryone is not a millionaire.

Bands used to hang on Sunset Strip back in the 80s... In the West Hollywood Area... There is no set location for bands now.

Ya, Palisades, very close to Brentwood.  Used to pass his place fairly often when I had a girlfriend nearby.  It's possible he has spilt from there but they spent years & $$$ expanding and upgrading. Of course he most likely owns a few pads/investments so seeing him in BH often makes sense.

Meh I grew up in a town rural canada, new york/boston/seatlle is more my thing.

I just wanted to know, where the magical place is. It's like the modern day Jerusalem.

  the most densely populated areas are the bay area (San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose) and greater Los Angeles (that cluster of cities around LA including).

Nah I get the rest san jose is where icehockey is played, san fran is where gays go, oakland is for the black folk that dress like vikings, and  the valley is for nerds.


I was more curious about the bodybuilding,rock and movie scene.

Although the shit is pretty fascinating when you have ignored all your life, it's not like the rest of the the continent where you just have a downtown and burbs of nothing.

Where I grew you got one little town, and a bunch tiny little fishing villages, very different world.

Porn Valley is located in the San Fernando Valley, about 10 minutes from where I live.  Many of those buildings are in Chatsworth, and the income from sales taxes, revenue around the area and productions have brought millions in revenue to the area.  However, now, with the passage of a law saying that these actors must wear condoms, the millions of dollars in taxes and income and revenue may move away, perhaps to Ventura County.  This at a time, when Los Angeles really needs the taxes.

Arnold used to live in Pacific Palisades, which is about 5 miles from Venice Beach/Santa Monica.  Venice Beach is about 10 miles from downtown Los Angeles, or 8 miles from Los Angeles International Airport.  Gold's Gym Venice is on main street, about 1-2 miles from Muscle Beach Venice.  The Firehouse is about 2 blocks from Gold's Gym Venice.  This used to be where many of the bodybuilders use to go in the 1990s and 1980s, but alas, everyone has moved around, and there is no longer just one stop.  It still is the place to visit for people coming around the world, as Muscle Beach, Gold's Gym Venice and the area is where bodybuilding grew to its fullest extent.

Silicon Valley is the Bay area...

Silicon Valley is really in San Jose, about 50 miles away from downtown San Francisco.  It is pretty cool, a lot of the big companies have huge building and very clean.  Very close to Great Adventures Theme Park up there.

Really? Are you that dense? Los Angeles County and these companies have an extensive testing on the performers, once a month, and almost no actor or actress have been found in any way or form with STD.  On the other hand, the other counties that will now get the tax revenue have nothing, with no regulation.  So no, STD's have nothing to do with this issue - that is another concern that some crazy conservative that does not approve of something trying to shut it down.   I really wish these people would concentrate on hardcore criminals, drug dealers (other than marijuana), and making blight areas better.
