250mg of test weekly is enough for most ppl, if they get enough rest and good food.
500mg should keep most gymrats full at all times,even during diet.yes even if they have a job,haha.
for non competitors i dont see any reason to go beyond that.
if one doesnt grow on 500mg test, he never will, or hes doing some things wrong.
on 500mg test weeekly, not even the 2 lbs gramms protein per bodyweight has to be followed to get growth for someone with halfway good genetics.
u eat 2g per lb bodyweight? wow that is alot, i eat slightly under 1.5g /lb
