Dude opens fire on some kids listening to loud music, now parent is lobbying for stricter gun laws.  Guy who shot the kid should be hanged and we get to keep our guns.

you don't tell kids to turn down their music.

you make fun of them and cause them to feel self-conscious about it.  THAT is how you handle it.

you mouth "your mother is a whore" and they'll turn it down to hear you.  The bulge of your glock in front waistband carry will ensure it stops there.
