Today's workout:

5xSuperset:   6-10 Bench Press w/chains
         MAX Chin Ups
5xSuperset:   6-10 Dumbbell Flies (Head Hanging Off Bench)
         6-10 Underhand Bent Over Barbell Rows
5xSuperset:   6-10 Incline Bench Press
         6-10 Single-Arm Dumbbell Rows
4xSuperset:   MAX Dips w/chains
         6-10 Stiff-Leg Deadlifts
3xSuperset:   10 Decline EZ Barbell Pullovers
         10 Behind Back Barbell Shrugs
2xMAX Triceps Kickbacks
2xMAX Plate Pinches
2xMAX Wrist Roller

i think that is a lot of supersets.. think by the time i got to the Max Dips +stiff deads i would struggle on these..

more realistic ( for me) is ::
(ALL SUPERSETS)
Incline press 2x6-8
Barbell pull over 2x 12-15

flat bench flyes 2x8-10
Barbell rows 2x8-10

Barbell bench press 2x 6-8
one-arm Dumbbell rows 2x10-12

calf raises 3-5 x12-15

This workout was not too long and i might even do it again after reading your post. Your recovery abilities are better than mine Wooo...

well i pyramid up in weight but i love the high volume... i've worked up to this over the years
