Is it really that bad? It's been a while since I watched MMA but it seems people involved in average streetfights make it out worse than the loser in an MMA match.

average street fights have a high probability of permanent disfigurements like broken teeth, skull damage, scars across the face from broken bottles

all these things are avoided in mma with safety procautions


but they punch and kick really hard

if an unprepared bodybuilder gets hit in the head by them

he may suffer severe brain damage

LOL

Starting the day as usual with cardio and streching, I took care of my daily office work before noon.

12.30pm I met up with David Howard for the daily Jiu Jitsu training which took until almost 3pm.

Rushing home for a quick meal and some emails, I had to get ready for Boxing class with Robert Navone followed by some sparring with my friend Jose Jiminez.

Ending up with a total training time of 5 hours, it probably feels as painful as it sounds but at the same time it is a lot of fun.

I have to thank all these great people training with me, coaching me and most of all my fiancee for understanding this crazy lifestyle. I feel very blessed while I am recovering in a hot salt bath right now, eating grapes and drinking Chanson Alkaline water.
