I've been hitting the hamstrings hard at the beginning of my leg workouts, in accordance with the Weider Priority Principle to bring up lagging body parts. It's been three weeks and I think I'm seeing little bit more size and defintion. Getbig oldtimers feel free to comment.  Smiley
