back when i took over the gym, my training cut wayyyyyy back... to once a week. i got used to it. and eventually people started asking if i was sick. lol.. am i doing a show.. how much weight have i lost... ect... it was a reality check to say the least. there's no way in hell you'll even maintainmuscle mass at 1x/wk. i'll bet you a wooden nickle that if you quit training all together, nobody would notice a difference.
