Nolvadex vs Arimidex during cycle..

I read conflicting posts about the use of Arimidex vs Nolvadex during cycle,  (Anti-aromatase) (Anit-estrogens).
The two compounds works different ways, Nolvadex blocking receptor sites not to discontinue conversion of aas to estrogen and Arimidex blocking conversion of aas to estrogen.
Reading different conflict threads daily about this, would be great to start a thread on this one, would be great to hear your own opinions and personal experiences on this!!!!!!!!!!

Arimidex is an aromatase inhibitor that binds to the aromatase enzyme thus preventing this enzyme from binding to testosterone and "aromatizing" the test into estrogen.

Nolva dex is a selective estrogen receptor modulator that binds to the estrogen receptors in areas of the body preventing estrogen from binding and forming a complex with the receptor.

Nolvadex may prevent gyno but not water retention and is better used for ptc if you're into that sort of thing. Also, nolva shouldn't be used while running 19-nors so if you're also on deca and/or tren it will aggravate gyno.
