He has the authority and libtard judges know it, this was based on a political decision not on the law or the constitution. When finally filed in the Supreme Courts, the 9th circuit has been overturned 80% of the time. This is a lib delay tactic.

They have a horrible record with the supreme court and soon and other conservative will be added. :D

There's got to be some foundation for a court to disallow a presidential immigration policy or Trump would simply ignore the guy.  I just wish someone would explain to me the legal mechanism which lets a judge overrule the president on non-domestic policy.  A grievance of states against the fed also makes no sense to me since it's a policy in place at the national border.  Washington and Minnesota get to set national policy.  ???  It's nonsense.

I'd be singing the same tune if a pres declared wide open borders and a judge ruled in favor of a state suing against that, but I'd also be griping about the policy.

As for the counterargument that an immigration ban victimizes Muslims... I don't agree.  Not being given permission to immigrate isn't victimization.  You don't have to go home but you can't come here.  That's not victimization.  Dropping bombs on people in their country is.  Invading their country and shooting them right outside their own front door victimizes them.  Where have all these pro-Muslim people been for the last 15 years while our military stomps around in the ME?  One of the best ways to not discriminate is to not slaughter a bunch of people wholesale but I didn't see any court cases or howling in the streets about that.

It's total horse shit, as always.

9th district is known for not being able to distinguish law from feelings.

Judicial system has been infiltrated by lawless fake judges being passed through during Obama's administration.
Very true. They are overstepping IMO.

Judge Robart was appointed by GW Bush.

In the Appeals Court, 1 judge was appointed by Obama, 1 by Carter and 1 by GW Bush.

I think she's right.  A court dealing with domestic issues doesn't have the authority to rule on the validity of executive decisions of international scope.

9th Circuit Has 80 Percent Reversal Rate At Supreme Court

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals — which ruled Thursday against reinstating President Trump’s travel ban affecting seven terror-prone countries — has an unusually high reversal rate before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Eight of out of 10 cases from the 9th Circuit reviewed by the Supreme Court are overruled, according to a 2010 analysis published by the American Bar Association. The 9th Circuit, which is known for its liberal tendencies, has the second-highest reversal rate of the 13 appellate courts below the Supreme Court.

Republicans cited Thursday’s ruling as just the latest example of judicial overreach in favor of liberals.

“No one familiar with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals should be surprised at today’s ruling,” South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy said in a statement. “The 9th Circuit has a well-earned reputation for being presumptively reversible.”

Yep, hilarious how some are so excited/thinking they won with this circus of a court. They are known losers. We will however have issues as a nation if the Supreme Court doesn't do what's right constitutionally. We will no longer be a constitutional republic.

Trump continuing to expose the corruption at all levels.

This won't even make it to the supreme court , there was no evidence to back the ban, it was a unanimous decision, all of a sudden trump will come up with the evidence for the supreme court to listen to it  ???

Would you say the same if the courts upheld Trump's executive order and yet there was an attack after that?

Too late.  Bad guys got through as soon as they blocked Trump's exec order.    :D
