What does it take to look like this?

This guy is old news. Former top junior 400m runner turned schmoe admiration object. Beyond that, he has a hell of a build and kicks ass conditioning wise. If I would be willing to torture my kidneys and want this size and conditioning, what would it entail? (product, dosage, etc)

You can achieve this look naturally but you have to use very good form on all lifts.

There is a bodybuilder on this site (Rob something - you can find a lot of info about him on the training board) who achieved a similar condition to this guy and also claims "natty".

Aside from that gentlemen, the great Falcon achieved similar epic leans.

However..I am 3 weeks away from shedding almost all the fat naturally so I figured it won't be so hard. I don't want to look like that for months. One time deal for ego's sake
