I remember years ago when that power lifter dude dropped like 100 lbs and was ripped and had pretty good proportions. His routine consisted of nothing but squat,dead lifts,rows,military,dips. Had muscle everywhere. Meanwhile everyone's hitting their chest 100 different ways and this guy did nothing but flat barbell presses.
