Derek has always been a mentally unstable and damaged individual and it took its toll on him physically burning the candle at both ends.
He looked very good in 2006 (no homo), scarey to see how rapidly he declined. I started bodybuilding in 2006 and while Im nothing spectacular I look alot better now than I did back then, bodybuilding should be about progression and improving your health and how you look. Now he is going to die and looks like a deformed oil bag mutant.
