Haha, fair answer but that applies to most Dutch (=phlegmatic) women. Just offer them a drink and share some -lame- jokes, that will do the job.

what do they drink usually? beer or mixed drinks or wine? i'm curious....

It depends on their age & in which category they fall.
The young ones & lower class: mixed stuff or beverages.
The students on a budget & dudettes: beer or beverages.
The feminine types & classy ones: wine, water, juice, tea or coffee.

that's interesting about the young ones and lower class, coz mixed drinks can be quite classy and expensive

That's a good point. I was more thinking about drinks like Bacardi Breezer. We call those girls 'breezersletjes' (breezer slutties). Quality cocktails are a different league, but they're more drinks for big parties, not just in a bar.
