I came across this video about a man who was violated by having his purchase of a case of bottle water swiped by an apparent neighbor.  So he posts this video of this theft for the purpose to humiliate or embarrass the individual who stolen his paid items.

I just could not see myself walking on someone else's property and stealing their stuff; to me that is foolish.
