No, It's good. I ate a shitload, did zero exercise. I've never been a big eater. We joke about twizzlers and grape drink. My teenage pic all I ate was Flaming hot Cheetos and chunky monkey ice cream and now and laters. But I benched 320 and squatted 440. I was lb. for lb. the strongest and you can actually go to my high school and see the wall of fame. All genetics.If I knew then what I know now. |

lol. I'll pass. But I've maintained this weight year now. I wanna get to 7-8% plus be anabolic for a more full and lean look. For my height and bone structure 215 same weight I have now just a different bodyfat and look, then I'd know what I'm dealing with in terms for genetics. |
