That's diesel work.
Don't let these clowns bring you down.
You have a big melon no doubt, but you can't change that.
What you can change, you are doing.
Props.
appreciate  the compliment bro!

nah I agree.. I've always been much stronger than big, it's slowly starting to catch up.. I actually haven't got that much stronger in the last two years but I added 20lbs of stage weight.. I finally started to train more like a bodybuilder last year

appreciate  the compliment bro!

No problem.

My brother competed at NPC Nationals and placed very high a few years.

Many folks think you hop on the gas, and are now ready to make movies like "Blood and Guts" and "Unbelievable".  I have always been natural, but to me, the training is actually HARDER when on.  You want to make huge jumps in weight, but you really shouldn't.  I got a lot of GPP from being basically a plate loader/changer for my brother and his partner.  I was done my workout, and wanted to do cardio, so I offered to change the weights for my brother (I was 15-18 at the time).
When seeing a guy do 345 lb. military presses for 6 clean reps, your first instinct is to say:  "Go to 365 and get 4 and work your way down."  But!!!  That is not smart if you are thinking of longevity/integrity of shoulder joint.  You must check your ego at the door, unless you want to invite the muscle tear (Dorian, Ronnie).

Notice how Viince Taylor (who has looked awesome for years) never suffered a major injury?  I've seen him train.  Perfect form, a lot of cable work, and didn't appear to go bananas on amount of weight.  To some extent, your body does not know whether it is lifting 250 or 300 lbs.  Now, of course you need to get stronger, as progressive overload is the name of the game, but going less than 5 reps if you are bodybuilding (rest pause training is something entirely different) is downright foolish.

couldnt agree more! I lifted very stupid in the beginning and would do those extremely heavy sets of 1-4 all the time and it only affected my joints, tendons, and ego.. I have trained a lot smarter recently and have gotten a lot bigger and have very few nagging injuries now. You are right bodybuilding is all about longevity, especially at my age. I very rarely go under 8 reps on anything these days and try to have full control of the weight. Learning more about John meadows training and training all last year with Brian Yersky taught me a ton.

I was stupid as a natural for a long time.
I thought that being natural, I needed to lift even heavier weights.  I also thought I had to eat more, and I gained true permabulker status.  A dude in grad school who competed as a total twink would always say to me:  "Dude, dieted down you would be so much bigger than me."  My answer was always:  "Until I can step on stage at 210+, I'm not doing it."  Truth is, I will never be a stage ready 210+ NATURAL.

Thank God I never got injured, but I put myself on the shelf for a couple of weeks at a time.
I have always trained in a HIT fashion, but I now do more like Dorian/Mentzer with warm up sets, sometimes some cool-down (burn) sets, under total control.  The set is done when I cannot PROPERLY perform another rep.  Yeah, there is room for a cheat rep, but not on the dangerous exercises.
Now, I have taken a major ego check, and I look much better for it.  I am in my mid 30s, and people are accusing me of being on.

You might have a little bit of strength but you are a ugly deformed looking creature, not many white midget half gorillas around i would pay money to look at you in a zoo.

So what your saying is....I competed at 215 at my last show and I dont give two shits if I never have kids, cant get an erection on my own past 35, Im totally bald and rocking a cul de sac haircut by 30, and I dont mind being made fun of at parties by everyone else while I eat out of a tupperware container and when people ask why I look at them and say " I have the npc Pittsburgh" in 3 weeks! And when you put your head down and continue to eat your 8 oz of tilapia and 2/3 cup of rice everyone laughs hysterically at how big of a tool you are.

thanks for the compliment guys.. I truly do appreciate them.. Lol at the gorilla comment, at least you are paying money to see me.

Galienko and NJflex much respect to the both of you.. both of you with amazing physiques and have been in the game longer than me so I always appreciate your guys feedback.

#1 I can list about 40 pro bodybuilders/top national level guys I know with kids on way more shit than I ever have been for many more years.. failed point #1
#2. Who needs average erections when you can take cialis or viagra and be a champion in the bed.
#3. How do I need a haircut if I am completely bald?
#4. I am 24, I don't go to house parties, I am not in college.. If I do it is a close friend's house party where I could bring tupperware(which I honestly never have before) and have people fully support me and give me props, rather than hate and then ask for advice. I am at the point where no one questions why I do what I do and people fully respect it. This was different starting out, but why would I want to be around people who would laugh hysterically at me? Some great friends, eh. Plus I am pretty much bigger than anyone my age 99% of the places I go, so really who is going to laugh in a cranky dieting bodybuilders face twice their size. I don't hang around immature high schoolers. Most people are adults and can comprehend what I am trying to do and why.
#5. Life is all about balance. I did my own diet this year. Had a cheat meal for two weddings, my birthday and my girlfriend birthdays.. on top of going down to Miami a week out from my show..
#6. I don't like Tilapia.
