Great game between Houston Astros and NY Yankees Saturday night.

Now, Astros to play in LA Sunday night for Tuesday's start of the series.

Wish I was going to see them play. But with LA temperatures expected to be 100-degrees, it will be interesting the affect on the players.

I just happened to catch the last inning since it was on the tv at the bar I was at last night. My stance was I wanted anyone to win but the Yankees.

Good luck with that moving forward.

This is just the beginning for them.

Should be a great World Series.  Go Stros.  But I hope that Corey Seager is good to go for LA.  Wanna watch the Dodgers at their best.

How can you guys follow sports?  I stopped being interested in them years ago.  Do you guys watch them because you wish you were the players, I'm just curious?  If you have kids or friends that play sports, then by all means, be interested in the games.  But if you are just the average guy, then I don't see the appeal.  I will still watch the occasional boxing match or mma fight, but that is more about getting together with buddies I don't get to see all that much anymore.

Biggio is no longer with the Astros for at least eight years or more. He now owns a upscale bar in a Marriott Marquis hotel in downtown Houston, across from the George R. Brown Convention Center.

Biggio was enacted to the Baseball Hall of Fame at least four years ago.

J.R. Richard vs Fernando Valenzuela in the opener should be a doozy.

Shit, I follow baseball so little that I was suprised when I saw Houston in an American League series. I guess it happened about 5 years ago. I was hoping the Cubs would repeat, oh well so much for that thought.

So far, a great World Series. From the Game 1 National League-style pitcher's duel to the Game 5 'junior circuit' version shootout.
