That's not the point. The point is having gun bans did not make these countries safer. In fact, it is likely these numbers would be lower if more people had guns in those countries. It would be a deterrent.

If the USA had Honduras' homicide rate 274,800 people would be murdered per year. Heck, that's probably just over half the number of Germans that were bombed to death in one day in Dresden! So it is easy to see the genocidal effect of the Second (and first) World War.

War is an absolute crime. Think about it, a few shit stains decide to go to war and millions die as they pull the general population into their mess.
