Top 10 is a great honor at 24 years old. I will be giving my speech live on Fox News tonight. The 50' golden statue is already being built to celebrate this achievement.

 Strongest? No. Top-10, yes
Once you say top 10 then every number counts, example if someone is 6th strongest you won't say top 10, you will say top 6. Which leaves me to believe that you think there are 9 getbiggers that are stronger, I have to cal BS on this one, bro you are the man around here but let's keep it real here, you know there is not 9 people on getbig that can best those lifts, I highly doubt that there is 5, so have to call you out on this one bro.

sorry bro your thread- so you make good on your end and produce the list and let us be the judge averaging the strength from all exercises combined, if not then we will agree that you are NOT keeping it real.

remember 405 x 26 on squats and 565 x 11 on the deads, those are enormous numbers, if you get 9 people who can beat those numbers I will stop posting for 2 months  Wink

405 for 4 on the incline isn't bad either.  I'd be happy just to flat bench that Smiley

Matt should maybe try a meet -

 CLASS 114 123 132 148 165 181 198 220 242 275 SHW

Elite 1064 1157 1246 1394 1527 1642 1731 1824 1890 1946 2033
Master 981 1064 1146 1279 1400 1505 1595 1675 1736 1786 1857
Class I 882 953 1025 1152 1257 1350 1422 1505 1554 1598 1670
Class II 777 838 934 1009 1102 1190 1257 1323 1367 1411 1472
Class III 672 733 788 887 965 1036 1097 1157 1196 1229 1279
Class IV 590 639 689 772 838 904 953 1003 1047 1075 1119

Those are the old single ply USPF class standards, he'd do well looking at those videos.

The Raw Unity standards are around #30lbs less per class.

Wrong, I can do full heavy squats, not even be able to run up the stairs from soreness and the next day do deadlifts and still do 500 for 10. So strong legs have very little to do with it. Traps, lats, rhomboids, lower back, and even shoulder all play a major role in deadlifts, you have to be strongall over to have a strong deadlift.

are you stronger than phil heath
So far from all the video's of Phil Heath lifting, all indications point to him not being able to squat or deadlift what Matty has, incline 4 plate Heath can do though

thanks for defending me bro.. I thought top 10 was a bit low lol but then again I haven't been super active over the years so I had no idea who is here that would kick my ass. I have no real weak lift in the three lifts so I think I could hang with a good majority of guys, outside of more of the elite guys in the world in a three lift total. There are some freaks out there. My friend is dating this 6'7 340 23 year old who has an 800lb dead lift on his Facebook lol. He was playing D1 football until he had 3 ankle surgeries. He doesn't ever wanna compete in powerlifting because it wouldn't be fun for him anymore even though he'd be one of the best in the world with any real training at all.

i think I could hit the master level pretty easily after a couple months of powerlifting training at 242..

I have wanted to do a meet for years now.. A few problems though.. There is very few anywhere close to me, they are not raw, or they are tested.. There was a very small org who had a comp close to me but their "world records" for my weight class I was repping for 5-10 lol so I didn't bother. I'm an average bodybuilder and think I enjoy that challenge more almost. I do want to compete at least once in my life though in powerlifting.
