I'm not built like a beer keg with T-rex arms like a lot of Getbiggers are.....I'll be brutally honest....335 pound max rep done in near perfect form......might've gotten 345-355 if I got sloppy and really arched my back like an idiot. When doing chest, I almost exclusively use dumbbells for reps in the 100 to 120 pound range('cause that is all my gym has).
