1. 2 coffee's, english mufflin with butter
2. Went to movies (Chainsaw 3D) brought - 2 nips of Johnnny Walker Red, 16 oz Miller Lite, Cashews, Popcorn
3. Stopped at Mexican Bar - Had 3 Tequila drinks (Hornitos Margs) a Beer) + (5 chicken wings)
4. came home, passed out by 9 PM (wasted drunk night)

Add up those quality calories
