where does the 2nd amendment say muskets?

one could also say that they wanted to public to be as well armed as the govt as muskets where all they had back then

Per the FBI, violence committed by gun has been flat for the last 10+ years, increasing in line with population growth.

And "assault" rifles make up a small fraction of murders committed with firearms.

He says that "gun violence has been on a rampage...." Sorry, Mr. Cuomo, the facts don't back that up.

I will say that some of his points make a lot of sense and some of them I do like.

The media/state complex is making the big push here.
