It`s highly likely he has aspergers, the suicide list for people with it, is pretty high for the record.

Not really a surprise at all.

Depression

1. Genetic
2. Childhood
3. Life circumstances

Add them up if all bad = Depression.

anger that is held in becomes depression.

You need to find a way to release some of that repressed anger you're carrying around.

This is the truth.
I d say "energy" more than anger, it s unused, wasted energy that could be used doing something that would make you , and maybe others, feel good.

We either use our daily renewed dose of energy doing positive, creative, or simply life maintaing things or we do nothing/bad things of it.

looks a lot like that adam dude who killed kids in sandy, but with a stache and beard. Clearly autistic, an unhappy genius who probably had unresolved issues during his youth.

It`s called decreased muscular development in the face, especially around the eyes, fedor`s brother got the same thing. It has nothing to do with trauma or misery, it`s simply how one`s facial movements develop when autistic.

When one is autistic, your subconscious actions such as body language, mood shifts etc, are greatly reduced. Everything has to be on conscious level.

Self pity and depression are a  drug, they`re so comforting, such an addictive habit,  and they do the same amount of damage to your life as a raging coke addiction would.

i can't disagree.   I feel some of us have addictive personalities.  The key is just to find healthy addictions.  If alcohol/drugs aren't the path, then anti-depressants might be.  Or, one can submerge themselves in career or bodybuilding or something else and really excel in those areas.

IMO, you won't fnd many highly successful CEOs that aren't a little crazy and obsessive and competitive and often just nuts.  It's that drive and addiction to work and success that get them to that level.  Others are finding balance coaching little league... they're up late at night scheming on how to take over the business world.

Addiction by definition isn`t healthy.

The whole process of getting trapped in routines and habbits, is never good, it`s a sign of maladaption.

It`s also an emotional crutch that shows your unable to be introspective and to make life changing decisions.

Feeling sorry for yourself already? Try national socialism it would be good to believe in something

National Socialism was a virus that has already been eradicated.
