Yowch, usually when guys are fat enough to have that level of tit development, the have some residual muscle mass. This fella doesn't even have that.

how can you let yourself go that far/t? I know genetics and upbringings play a role but seriously... can you imagine the amount of shit food you have to feed yourself with for years to get there?
